2026-2027 Scholarship Award Amount: $500 for books and supplies.

1. A Statement of how you demonstrate high character traits such as kindness and strength during times
of adversity - 250 words or less.
2. Letter of good standing in school.
3. Current resume, if any.
Application for 2026-2027 academic school year opens December 15, 2025, and closes on April 1, 2026.
Eligibility & Selection Criteria:
1. A Georgia or South Carolina working student that have lost a parent.
2. Applicants should be enrolled in a post-secondary 2-year college or vocational school pursuing a technology degree.
3. Applications will be reviewed and scored by the Legal Bridge Community Foundation committee volunteers. All decisions are final.
4. Each award is a one-time scholarship; however, applicants or past recipients, if applicable, are eligible to re-apply for a new scholarship.
Scholarship Distribution: Awardee(s) will be selected and informed of the scholarship by May 1, 2026.
